WV Equine Services limits our veterinary care to horses. Some of our services include farm call service, artificial insemination, vaccines and general health services. We also offer the most up-to-date dentistry which takes approximately 15 minutes per horse. We have a portable x-ray machine to provide excellent radiographic diagnostics for lameness or pre-purchase exams if needed and an ultrasound machine for reproduction (pre-breeding, artificial insemination, pregnancy checks) and tendons. REMINDER: Several of the illnesses that we vaccinate for are spread by mosquitoes, so make sure that we vaccinate before mosquito season gets into full swing. Also, remember that you should always de-worm with an ivermectin product. We will be happy to provide you with an in depth schedule for de-worming and vaccinations for your foals, mares, stallions and other horses, upon request.
